READVERTISED: Learning Support Teacher

Aquinas College wishes to employ a dynamic, suitably qualified Learning Support Teacher.

The preferred candidates will be enthusiastic, keen to engage and inspire our students and able to deliver curriculum that caters for students with different learning styles.

Participation in the co-curricular life of the College is an expectation. 

The successful applicant:

  • Will have proven experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning in the above area
  • Will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children
  • Will have excellent communication skills
  • Will have the ability to work successfully within a team
  • Will have current VIT Registration or equivalent

Cert IV Training and Assessment would be an advantage.

Note: this is a full time position, but part time applications will be considered.

Print Room Support Officer

Aquinas College wishes to employ an enthusiastic, suitably experienced Print Room Support Officer.  This three mornings a week role is fixed term to end 2019.

The successful applicant:

  • will possess well developed administrative skills
  • will have training in the use of digital photocopiers and laminating and binding equipment
  • will have sound computer skills
  • will have the ability to prioritise and organise tasks
  • will be punctual and have well developed time management skills
  • will have the ability to work independently
  • will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children
  • will be an Australian resident or have a current Australian work visa
  • will have a current Working With Children Check and Victorian Police Check
